What You Measure Grows
How often are you checking your social media numbers? The reality is what you measure grows, so if you’re not measuring your social media numbers it’s hard to say if anything you’re doing is actually working.
Let me say this… It’s not all about numbers but for SOME goals (like getting a book deal with a publisher, or speaking at BIG events) having big numbers can be extremely helpful.
That’s not to say it’s not just about the likes, you also need to watch your traffic and engagement. Those are the numbers that lead to meaningful growth in your business.
